Here are some ways you can have Alan speak for your Association meeting… for FREE!–
You'll arrange for Alan to lead a Private Mastermind Day for a small group of members/sponsors - and instead of just getting mentioned on your website and at the event, the members/sponsors get to spend a whole day with Alan, consulting, training and collaborating!
They're going to get so much more than a 30-45 minute speech. They'll have actionable steps they can use, right away. The value is so much higher, which reflects well on you, the board, education planner, and the association.
While you can include up to 10 businesses, the sweet spot for this is 4 to 6 businesses. Your association will arrange for and cover the venue and logistics details for the mastermind day. And with this option, Alan will also speak for your association meeting for free!

With this option, Alan will do a day of private sales training and consulting for one company in your area. They get to pick his brain for a whole day, discussing sales, marketing, websites... whatever they want. There's no limit on the number of employees for this training.
This company's investment sponsors Alan speaking for your association - in other words with this option, Alan will also speak for your association meeting for free!
Another way groups like yours have made this work is to have a VIP Master Class for a more valuable intensive training for a larger group. In addition to speaking at your association meeting, Alan will conduct a Master Class Workshop for the VIP ticket holders, either before, or after the presentation meeting, in a smaller, more intimate workshop session.
While this is a higher-priced ticket than just coming to your regular meeting, these almost always sell out first! That helps you afford the event, and they get the best experience! There's no limit to how many VIP tickets you can sell, however, when they're limited in number, they're more desirable!
With this ticket, your association will pay for Alan to speak, and these VIP tickets will help offset the cost.
With each option your association will pay Alan's speaking fee and travel (air, hotel, ground transportation). With the Mastermind and Private Sales Training options, those should cover Alan's speaking fee and Alan can even bill those attendees directly, if that's easier for your association.
